As President of EMCOR Services Aircond, Kelly is focused on driving growth and operational excellence. With Aircond being the largest commercial and industrial HVAC service company in the Southeastern United States, he ensures that processes and procedures are in place to meet clients' end-to-end needs for high-performance building automation systems, facilities maintenance, and mechanical services. He is involved in all day-to-day operations of the company working in conjunction with the Aircond Leadership team. In addition to managing the company's revenue and profitability growth, Kelly oversees the company's current and future strategic direction, directs planning activities, and establishes the organization's structure and policies.

Kelly has over 24 years experience in the North American HVAC industry with an extensive background in the commercial equipment business. He has held several senior level positions with increasing responsibilities with reputable companies. Kelly began his career in 1986 with Carrier Corporation as a Commercial Sales Engineer. In 1997, he went to York International where he held the position of Zone Commercial Sales Manager. In 2000, Kelly returned to Carrier Corporation as a Commercial Sales General Manager for the Southeast region, and in 2004 he was promoted to the General Manager of Sales and Distribution in the Florida region.

Most recently, Kelly was employed by LG Electronics where he held the position of Vice President, Commercial Air Conditioning, United States. He was responsible for building sales, engineering, marketing, and establishing training and commissioning capabilities for LG's commercial air conditioning equipment offerings throughout the United States.

In 1986, Kelly graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering. He has completed various executive-level training courses through United Technologies' training programs, including the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business executive education program in 2005.

Personal Side

Kelly lives in Roswell, Georgia with his wife, Lynn, and their two sons, Clint and Drew. He enjoys traveling with his family, is an avid sports fan, and attends Northpoint Community Church.
