Rick oversees delivery of the innovative and cost-effective facilities and HVAC solutions clients in North Carolina need for high-performance facilities operation, maximum productivity and continuous heating cooling comfort. Responsible for everything from HVAC system installation to comprehensive building maintenance mechanical and electrical repair services, he manages the entire process from initial client and prospect meetings through proposal development, project completion and service delivery. He also coordinates employee training, monitors project status, identifies new business opportunities and develops service strategies. Throughout the process, he works closely with clients to ensure that Aircond's teams are exceeding all expectations. At the same time, he helps these clients find new ways to manage their facilities more responsively, energy efficiently and profitably.

Service Management Expertise

Before joining EMCOR, Rick spent 23 years with Carrier. After starting in finance, he moved through a series of increasingly responsible positions in financial management, field sales and facilities service management. He also launched and managed a new branch of Carrier's rental business.

Rick has a bachelor's in accounting from Syracuse University and an associate degree in hotel/restaurant management from the State University of New York. In addition, he has completed supplemental training programs in sales, finance, quality control and management. 

The Personal Side

Rick is married and has a 26-year-old son, an 18-year-old stepdaughter and a 15-year-old stepson. In his spare time, he relaxes by playing golf and enjoying other outdoor activities, such as hiking, fishing, gardening and yard work.
