Cheryl manages the Human Resource Department at Aircond. She is responsible for overseeing the employment, compensation, benefits, payroll, labor relations, training/development, safety, risk management, and fleet management functions. As a member of the Leadership Team, she actively participates in strategic planning and program design to improve productivity, enhance customer service, and manage cost. She is directly responsible for creating and interpreting policies/procedures and recommending management actions that promote positive associate relations and enhance performance.

Cheryl brings to Aircond 15 years of Human Resource management experience working primarily for large corporations and functioning in a dual Human Resource and regulatory compliance/safety role.

 

Cheryl holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida as well as an MBA in Human Resources from Kennesaw State University. In addition, Cheryl holds certificates from the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) as well as being an authorized trainer of the OSHA general industry and construction industry workshops. She is an active member of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management).
