As General Manager, Georgia Service, Doug is focused on driving growth and operational excellence throughout the Georgia Service organization at Aircond. He is involved in all day-to-day operations of the service division working in conjunction with the Aircond Leadership team. In addition, Doug is responsible for ensuring that processes and procedures are in place to meet all client and corporate needs. As a member of the Leadership Team, Doug actively participates in the overall strategic direction of the company.
Expertise
Doug has excelled at maximizing operational efficiency in leadership positions of increasing responsibility with more than 4 years experience in the HVAC industry at United Technologies-Carrier Corporation, and over 9 years of prior service as an officer in the United States Army. The experience of managing a wide range of professionals, multiple sites worldwide, and integrating acquisitions allows him to add significant value at Aircond.
Doug holds a bachelor's degree in General Engineering from The United States Military Academy, and a Masters Degree in Management from Webster University.
Personal Side
Doug enjoys spending his leisure time with his wife, Robin, and their daughter, Ainsley. He is an outdoors enthusiast, enjoys playing golf, and is involved in church activities.
