Steve is involved in all day-to-day operations ensuring that processes and procedures are in place to meet all client needs and the overall strategic direction of the company.

 

HVAC & Facilites Services Industry Expertise

Steve has excelled at maximizing operational efficiency in leadership positions with more than 30 years experience in the HVAC and facilities services industry. The latest being at United Technologies-Carrier Corporation for 8 years where he was the Territory Service Manager, and over 5 years of prior work as a Project Manager for a large mechanical contractor in the Augusta, GA area. Steve has also worked in the healthcare industry as an Engineering Manager responsible for the chiller plant, air distribution, boilers and all aspects of the building HVAC system. Steve adds significant value to Aircond with his years of experience in the field managing a wide range of HVAC and facilities professionals.

 

Steve graduated from North Georgia Technical College in HVAC Refrigeration. He holds several certificates of training for different areas of the HVAC industry.

 

Personal Side

Steve enjoys spending his leisure time with his wife, Debbie, and their four children and six grandchildren. He is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing and gardening.
