Tom Flynn VP/Director of Sales

Tom is Director of Sales at Aircond. He is responsible for overseeing all company sales, recruiting, training, coaching and the strategic direction of the sales group. As a member of the Leadership Team, he participates in the overall leadership and direction of the company.

 

Expertise

Prior to joining Aircond, Tom had experience and success in a variety of sales and sales management roles. He spent 12 years in management with Amoco Corporation. During his years with Amoco he had the opportunity to manage packaging and foodservice disposables sales, Polymer Sales to the Fiber Industry, and he developed and deployed a North America Distributor Network for the Polymers Division.

 

In addition to receiving his bachelor's degree in management, Tom has acquired extensive education related to the sales and marketing field. Consultative selling skills, negotiating, referral selling, large account management, field management, account development strategies, and public speaking are just a few of Tom's proficiencies. He has served as President of three Toastmasters International clubs. He is a certified trainer for Professional Selling Skills , Referral Selling , and Targeted Selection .

 

Personal Side

Tom and his wife, Jennifer, have been married for over 26 years. They have three children and have lived in 5 states (NJ, FL, TX, IL, and GA). Tom enjoys golf, tennis and designing a maintenance-free yard.
