As President of Aircond, Terry is focused on driving growth and operational excellence. With Aircond being the largest commercial and industrial HVAC service company in the Southeastern United States, Terry ensures that processes and procedures are in place to meet clients' end-to-end needs for high-performance building automation facilities and mechanical services. He is involved in all day-to-day operations of the company working in conjunction with the Aircond Leadership team. In addition to managing the company's revenue and profitability growth, he oversees the firm's current and future strategic direction, directs planning activities and establishes the organization's structure and policies.

 

Expertise

With more than 18 years experience in the HVAC industry with United Technologies-Carrier Corporation, Terry has utilized his expertise to steadily move into roles of increasing responsibility. The experience of managing a wide range of professionals, multiple sites and integrating acquisitions allows him to add great value at Aircond.

Terry holds a bachelor's degree in Public Accounting from Mercy College and a MBA from Pace University in Corporate Financial Management.

 

Personal Side

Terry enjoys spending his leisure time with wife Lisa, and their two sons Daniel and Alex. He is a sports enthusiast, likes investing and golf and is involved in both of his sons' activities.
