All of Aircond’s commercial facilities and HVAC service technicians take part in our comprehensive proprietary online technical training program. This program assesses the competency level of each technician and provides technical coursework in commercial heating and air conditioning maintenance, facilities and building maintenance to improve in those areas needed. As technicians move through the program, they are retested again and again to help them continue in their career path at Aircond.
In addition to this online technical training, we supplement our facility and HVAC maintenance and repair training program with certified factory training and vendor training as necessary. This comprehensive program ensures that our technicians are highly qualified and ready to keep our clients as productive as possible.
